I hired Paul as my personal trainer at a time when I was 14 stone in weight and suffering with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stress and chronic back trouble from my work as a dentist.

Over the last year I have lost weight down to a very stable 11 stone. My blood pressure and choleserol have significantly reduced, i no longer suffer from back pain and my mind is significanly more at peace. I have found since training with Paul that I have a renewed confidence and self respect  that has lowered my stress levels drastically.

'My experience with Paul has been nothing but positive. I had been struggling to lose weight and tone up for months and so I decided that I needed a personal trainer to help reach my goals.

Paul put together a personalised programme for me which I found very tough as I hadn't realised how hard you needed to work to see results. With Paul's excellent programme, knowledge, experience and encouragement I started to see results within about 4 weeks. Week by week the weight started to come off as my clothes got looser and looser and I felt alot happier and more confident.
